DTSM partners in their earlier avatar were part of Corporate Legal Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (‘CLC’) which has been serving clients since past 16 years.
With an ambitious objective and continued strive to give the best professional services to our esteemed clients, CLC team members re-launched themselves as DTSM & Associates, an entity regulated by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Corporate Set Up/Formation
Various features of a ‘Company’ or ‘Corporate’ form of Business organisations make it the most suitable and convenient form. And in order to have a Corporate Identity to one’s business it has to be registered with the authority. DTSM has been instrumental in incorporation and establishment of numbers of private limited & public companies in India.Further, Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 was notified paying way to introduction of Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Firm, a new form of business organisation having combined features of a Traditional Partnership firm and a Company. DTSM endeavors to provide services for formation of LLPs. DTSM with its expertise, experience and Liasoning abilities provides consulting for choosing an appropriate form of a Company and provides services of its formation.
Foreign Direct Investment
Our Foreign Direct Investment practice area focuses on:
- Advising for entry strategy in India.
- Advising on the form of organizations that may be set up.

- Providing advisory services to corporate sector on the foreign exchange regulations pertaining to investments/transactions.
- Drafting foreign collaboration agreements, service agreements and allied documents for our clients.
- Advising domestic and foreign clients who are looking at setting up joint ventures in India or overseas, including issues that are of critical significance to a joint venture, such as the nature of the entity to be set up, the inter-se rights between the joint venture parties.
